Project Coordinator

Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our Lead Product Manager. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating project activities, tracking progress, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Lead Product Manager, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and responding to emails.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and information to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets under the guidance of the Lead Product Manager and monitor progress against these plans.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies and take corrective action as needed.
  • Collaborate with project team members, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure that project goals and objectives are met.
  • Prepare and present project status reports, including progress updates, risks, and issues, to project stakeholders and senior management under the guidance of the Lead Product Manager.
  • Manage project documentation, including project plans, project schedules, and project budgets under the guidance of the Lead Product Manager.
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and that project outcomes are aligned with organizational goals and objectives under the guidance of the Lead Product Manager.
  • Facilitate project meetings and workshops, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with project team members and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and make recommendations based on insights.
  • Experience in project budgeting and financial management is a plus.
