Quezon City GAD System

Quezon City GAD System is a one-stop solution for users to file their reports and collect data from Quezon City. The filed reports are digitalized, and the data can be tracked real time. The system has a role-based access control wherein all the information is completely secured and cannot be deleted easily.

The objective of this digital platform is to serve users with a stunning, flawless, and user-friendly User Interface (UI), which users can easily upload and collect data in a few clicks.

The Challenge

Implementation of Change Requests (within timeline) based on evolving client needs.

  • Once the wireframes got approved, HTML integration with the third-party connection work was needed to be done. The team also needed to manage the login session of a third-party website for user identification purposes.
  • Many changes were suggested by the client’s QA team during the testing as a result of the changing nature of market needs. To make those changes with a stringent timeline was commendable.

Solution

According to the initial discussions with the client, the project team provided a range of different possible solutions to redesign the existing application. To match up the client requirements, we have provided various design wireframes along with Database structure for their understanding. The teams started development after approval with efficient communication and reporting.

Results

This GAD System was developed, tested, and delivered within the given timeline.The client has provided positive feedback and shared the experience and journey while working with Lightweight Solutions. The result indicates:
