HR/Admin Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Champion company culture and drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Support the development and implementation of HR programs, policies, and systems
  • Provide guidance on company policies, procedures, disciplinary, and grievance matters
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: job descriptions, job postings, screening, and hiring coordination
  • Design and implement structured onboarding programs
  • Develop and support training and development initiatives
  • Assist in performance management and evaluation processes
  • Maintain accurate employee records (attendance, documentation, EEO data, etc.) in compliance with policies and legal standards
  • Review employment practices and working conditions to ensure legal compliance

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Officer, HR Administrator, or similar HR role
  • Solid knowledge of HR functions: recruitment, compensation & benefits, training & development, employee relations
  • Good understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRMS tools is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and reliability
  • Willing to work onsite in Quezon City
  • Available to start ASAP
