Junior Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Write clean, test driven, easily maintainable, modular code and troubleshoot and debug applications.
  • Work in an agile setting with multi-disciplinary engineering design teams.
  • Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle.
  • Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code.
  • Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting.
  • Perform validation and verification testing.
  • Document development phases and monitor systems.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in web and software development
  • Demonstrate knowledge of technologies, such as NextJS and ExpressJS
  • Show basic knowledge in mobile (iOS and Android) development
  • Strong OOP skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of projects from the perspective of both client and business
  • Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to research and execute on solutions for programming challenges
