Junior WordPress Developer

Description

Lightweight Solutions is looking for a Junior WordPress Developer to join our core team and lead the development of WordPress projects. If you excel in a collaborative setting, thrive in an agile environment, and are passionate about building a smarter world, we’d love to connect with you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop both the front-end and back-end of WordPress websites, including implementing themes and plugins, integrating site features, and managing security updates.
  • Create intuitive front-end interfaces and design the overall website architecture.
  • Manage back-end development, including database management and server integration.
  • Design, build, and customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet project needs.
  • Perform website performance testing and resolve content-related issues.
  • Provide WordPress training to clients and oversee the performance of live websites.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their website design goals, functionality needs, and technical requirements.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in web and software development
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar field.
  • Proven work experience as a WordPress developer.
  • Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics.
  • Ability to manage projects.
  • Excellent business communication skills.
  • Knows Elementor, Wordpress Development, PHP, WooCommerce
  • Knowledge in Dokan Plugin and iPay88 Plugin is a plus
