Key Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, budgeting, and execution of software projects, ensuring success and overseeing the project team.
  • Discuss project details with clients, stakeholders, and developers.
  • Plan project blueprints, including scope, resources, deadlines, communication, tests, and maintenance.
  • Assemble and lead the project team.
  • Supervise each project stage, ensuring proper use of the Project Management tool.
  • Keep projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Ensure consistent testing and troubleshooting of products.
  • Track milestones, deliverables, and changes.
  • Communicate changes and milestones effectively.
  • Deliver completed software products to clients and conduct performance checks.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as an project manager in IT
  • Strong technical background in software development and web technologies
  • Excellent client and internal communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in project management tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Experience with full project life cycle
